15 Days Uganda and Rwanda Safari

Today early at 6:30 am, you will embark on a game drive for about (4-5 hours) in the different tracks of Murchison Falls National Park. You will have a variety of animals to see such as the Giraffes, Buffaloes, Jackson Hartebeests, African Elephants, African Lions the Uganda cobs, and many other bird species in the Wild. You will have 4-5 hours of simple bush breakfast and then continue with the game drive as you return to the lodge for relaxation and lunch. In the Afternoon at exactly 2:00 pm, you will have an amazing afternoon boat safari to the bottom of the falls for 2 hours on the boat. Check back at the lodge for dinner, relaxation, and overnight.

After your morning breakfast at 7:00 am, your driver guide will transfer to you to Kibale National Park, also known as the world’s primate capital with the biggest concentration of chimpanzees. Depending on traffic, your drive will take about 5-6 hrs. Drive. You will have a stopover for lunch and proceed to the park. You will check in at the lodge for dinner, relaxation and overnight.

You will wake up early in the morning and have breakfast at 6:30 am. You will proceed to the briefing point where you will be given information about what is and is not needed. Chimpanzee tracking takes about 3-4 hours and you will spend time with the chimpanzees learning about their behaviors. Carrying the necessary tools to enjoy a wonderful chimpanzee tracking experience is always recommended. You will have lunch and later proceed to Bigodi Wetland for an amazing swamp walk. You will later head back to the lodge for dinner, relaxation and overnight.

After your early morning Breakfast at the Lodge, your driver Guide will transfer you to Queen Elizabeth National Park. You will have lunch and head out for an amazing 2 Hours Boat safari on Kazinga Channel which is the water channel that connects Lake Edward and Lake Gorge in Queen Elizabeth National Park. You will see various bird species, the Nile crocodiles, Hippos, Hyenas, among others. You will then proceed for the evening Game drive and on a given track, you may spot the African Lions in the Park. After the Game drive, you will head to the Lodge where you will have a relaxed evening, Dinner and overnight.

After the morning breakfast at the Lodge, you will have an amazing Experiential Game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park. On a given track, you will have an up-close with the Wildlife animals in the pack such as the lions, Leopards, Elephants, and various antelope species on a given track. You will then head back to the lodge where you will have lunch and relaxation and then transfer to the Twin Lakes in Queen Elizabeth National Park for a sundowner. This will be the best Golden hour and best for Wonderful sunset Natural Photos. After, transfer back to the Lodge for Dinner, Relaxation and overnight.

In the morning hours, you will have breakfast at the lodge and later transfer to the Southern part of Queen Elizabeth National Park also known as Isasha Sector and this part of the park is very interesting for tourists who are interested in searching for the tree climbing Lions. Most of these lions spend most of their times in trees and it becomes a perfect spot for them to search for their next prey at a far distance. You will have lunch and later dinner at the lodge on this day Overnight: Enjojo Lodge

Wake up to your early morning breakfast and after you will head out for an amazing Morning game drive in Isasha Sector. You will may spot a group of Elephants crossing a given track. You will spot various antelopes such as the Uganda Kobs, Impalas, and Waterbucks as well as the Olive baboons and the various Bird species. You will later transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park which is a home to the mountain Gorillas in East Africa. Check in at the Lodge for a relaxed evening, and Dinner as well as overnight.

Bwindi impenetrable national park. This rainforest is located in south-western Uganda, at the junction of the plain and mountain forests. The Park covers 32,000 ha and is known for its exceptional biodiversity, with more than 160 species of trees and over 100 species of ferns. Many types of birds and butterflies can also be found there, as well as many endangered species, including the mountain gorilla.

Today after early breakfast at 6:30 am, you will have a once-in-a-lifetime experience of gorilla trekking, you will report to the ranger station before 8 am registration and briefing by one of the rangers; the guides will then lead you through the undergrowth, parting thick creepers, to track the gorillas. The trek can take anywhere from half an hour to 7 hours – a reasonable degree of fitness is required as well as a sturdy pair of walking boots. It is an extraordinary feeling sitting in the dense rainforest knowing you are with a few of the last remaining mountain gorillas after your trekking experience. In the afternoon after your lunch, you will have a community walk in the Batwa Homesteads and learn about their History and way of Life. Head back to the lodge for dinner, relaxation and overnight.

Wake up to the morning breakfast at the lodge, you will later transfer to Lake Bunyonyi where you will have a relaxed stay and evening as your enjoy the breeze of the lake. You will as well explore the history of the 29 islands which are found on the lake and later have dinner, relaxation and overnight in Lake Bunyonyi.

After your morning Breakfast, you will Transfer to Rwanda the land of Many Hills and later proceed to Volcanoes National Park. Volcanoes National Park is famously known for Gorilla Tracking which is an amazing experience and once in a life time. You will also visit the Dian Fossey campus and learn about the history of Dian Fossey in regards to Gorilla conservation efforts. You will have lunch and proceed to the Gorilla Guardian Village where you will be entertained with cultural dances. You will learn about the local people and their cultures in Rwanda, their marriages, dressing code and way of life. You will then check in at the Lodge for dinner, relaxation and overnight.

Relaxed Evening After your early morning breakfast, you will head to the briefing point in preparation for the Golden Monkey tracking experience in Volcanoes National Park. You will be briefed and experienced guides will lead you into the forest in search for the Golden monkeys. You will then have lunch and transfer to Lake Kivu which is a volcanic lake with amazing breeze surrounded by scenic hills and wonderful geography and this is perfect for sunset experiences. You will relax by the lodge for dinner and overnight.

morning, your guide will transfer you to Nyungwe Forest National Park which is one of the oldest rain forest that we have in East Africa. The park is famous for the chimpanzee tracking activity as well as canopy walk in the forest of Nyungwe. You will have lunch and later proceed for the evening tea plantation experience in Rwanda. You will get to see the local way of how tea is grown in Rwanda, proceed and have a furnished product. You will interact with the locals as you get to see each stage of tea production one at ago. You will later check in at the lodge for dinner, relaxation and overnight.

In the morning after your morning after your breakfast, you will head out for the canopy walk in Nyungwe Forest National Park. The suspension hanging bridge allows tourists to view the park from a 360 digress which is ideal experience and perfect for bird watching in the park. You will have lunch and later transfer to Butaare for an overnight.

In the morning after breakfast, you will transfer to Mwanza Kings Palace where you will have a cultural tour around the area. You will later proceed to Kigali and visit the genocide memorial museum and later plan for your exit in the evening.
