A short escape adventure to the Murchison Falls National Park which is nested within northwestern Uganda and is considered to be the largest national park in Uganda. It was established in 1952 as Kabalega National Park and later was named Murchison Falls National Park.

Currently, this park is one of the most visited and popular savannah national parks in Uganda.

On the 3 days of Murchison Falls National Park safaris, you will adventure in several activities like a Game drive, Boat cruise, hiking to the top of the falls, and Sundowner. You will also have a chance to see the rhino rare species in the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary.

Day 1

Transfer to Murchison falls National Park via Ziwa rhino sanctuary

Murchison Falla National Park

You will engage in an early morning transfer from Entebbe to Murchison Falls National Park which is situated in northwestern Uganda. On this safari, you will make a stopover at the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for rhino tracking.

While in the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, you will start over with rhino tracking to encounter the white rhinos. Later, continue with the transfer to Murchison Falls National Park.

On arrival at the park, you will proceed with the hike to the top of the falls where you will see how the Nile waters squeeze in a 13-meter gorge. Then you will head to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
