7-day Tanzania wildlife and Beach safari offers a perfect blend of the Tanzania wildlife savannah and beach experience. This safari is best for travelers seeking adventure and relaxation.
While on the 7-day Tanzania wildlife and Beach safaris , you will visit destinations like the iconic Serengeti National Park famous for the wildlife migration, and several places around Zanzibar. In Zanzibar, you will visit places like Stone Town with historical sites , prison islands , several beaches , and spice markets.
Serengeti National Park will offer you a perfect wildlife experience where on a lucky day, you will be able to witness the wildlife migration.
Your journey
Day 1
Serengeti National Park
Your safari starts from Arusha and then proceeds with a transfer to Serengeti National Park, where this transfer will take about 7 to 8 hours of the day. In the transfer , you will encounter several breathtaking views of the country.
Upon arrival in the park , you will head to your lodge for relaxation and overnight.
Day 2
Serengeti National Park.
On day 2 of 7 day tanzania and Beach safari , you will spend a full day exploring the northern Serengeti, where this region is famous for several wildlife species and breath taking landescapes. Depending on the season , you will have the opportunity to witness the wildebeest migration where you will see the zebras and wildebeests crossing the Mara River.
In the full-day game drive , you will have a chance to see several wildlife species like lions , leopards , buffalo, giraffes , and many others. Later on, you will engage in a sundowner at the best view of the Mara River.
Day 3
Serengeti
After your breakfast at the lodge in the northern Serengeti, you will go ahead with a transfer to the central Serengeti, which is also known as the Seronera region . This region is known for having large populations of predators like lions , leopards, and many others.
In this transfer , you will see several vast plains of the Serengeti . Upon arrival in the central Serengeti, you will engage in a transfer game drive as you head to the lodge for relaxation and overnight.
Day 4
Zanzibar.
Start the day with a guided game drive in the vast plains of the central Serengeti. In the Morning hours , the predators are more active and so you will have a chance to encounter them.
After the Game drive, you will return to the lodge for refreshment. You will proceed with a checkout of the lodge and transfer to the air to Zanzibar.
Upon arrival in Zanzibar, you will proceed to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 5
Stone Town
On day 5 of the 7-day Tanzania wildlife and beach safaris ,you will proceed with a relaxation at the lodge and later go for a city tour of Stone Town, which is one of the UNESCO heritage sites. This town has a history of the evolution and development of Zanzibar.
On the city tour of Stone Town, you will visit historical buildings, narrow streets, Asian cultural sites, the Old Fort, the House of Wonders, and much more.
Later in the afternoon, you will return to the beach to enjoy leisure time on the white sands and swim in the crystal-clear waters.
Day 6
Prison Island.
You will start the day with a relaxed morning breakfast at the lodge, and then later on you will go ahead with a transfer to visit the spice market. Zanzibar is one of the best places across Africa for the growing of spices.
The visit to the spice market will offer you an experience to taste several spices grown on the island and also learn how they are grown. Some of the spices that you have a taste include cinnamon , vanilla, pepper , cloves , and many others.
Later on, you will continue with the visit to the prison island where this island is famous for stunning views and giant Aldabra tortises that you will encounter during the visit to the island.
Day 7
Enjoy your breakfast at the lodge on your final day and then later on you will proceed with a transfer to the airport. This will conclude the 7-day Tanzania wildlife and beach safari.
