This 4 Days Murchison Falls Midrange Package takes you to Uganda`s Biggest National Park which is called Murchison Falls National Park. This park provides the best Wildlife sightings during Morning and Evening Game drives. It is the biggest Savannah National Park in Uganda with a variety of wildlife species such as Lions, Leopards, Buffaloes, hyenas, and antelopes. With this midrange safari package, you will have a safari of a life time. The safari begins from Entebbe to Murchison Falls via Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, Boat safari on the Nile and classic game drive and then transfer back to Entebbe.
Your journey
Day 1
Entebbe, Uganda
Your transfer vehicle will meet you at Entebbe International Airport and drive you to your guesthouse. Enjoy your evening at the Guesthouse in Entebbe, with breakfast included as you await the start of your Adventure.
Day 2
Murchison Falls National Park
This morning leave Papyrus Guesthouse and drive towards Murchison Falls National Park. Break the journey at 170km with a stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for the on-foot white rhino tracking. There are about 42 southern white rhinos here and other wildlife in a more wild setting. After this, you will have lunch, and proceed to Murchison Falls, Visit the top of the falls and drive to your lodge for check in and overnight.
Day 3
Murchison Falls National Park
You will set off at 6:30 am cross to the northern bank of river Nile head for a sunrise game drive to see the Cape buffaloes, Rothschild’s giraffes, Uganda kob, hartebeest and waterbucks. You may also spot oribi, bushbuck, Bohor reedbuck, warthog and bush pig plus large carnivores including lions, leopards and spotted hyenas. Patas Monkeys and olive baboons head the list of six species of primates found in the park. Crocodiles and hippos will be seen along the banks of the Nile.
You will return to your lodge for a late breakfast and some relaxation before setting off in the afternoon for a Boat cruise on the placid Victoria Nile, upstream, to the base of the falls. En route you will see hippos, crocodiles, water buck and a wide variety of birds. The boat stops just tens of meters from the “Devil’s Cauldron” for pictures to be taken of the photogenic and majestic Murchison Falls. Later get back to the lodge for a relaxed evening plus dinner and overnight.
Day 4
Wake up to your early morning breakfast; you will embark on your journey to Entebbe for your departure flight.
