Overview

Our 4 days at Serengeti National Park Safari are aimed at targeting to witness the Annual wildebeest migration, which occurs from May to September. Watching the migration of wildebeest in millions together with thousands of zebras as they cross Rivers like Mara and Grumeti, hence being fed on by crocodile predators. Also, visit the Ngorongoro Crater area to enjoy a 5 hours game drive as you finalize your great migration safari. Expect to meet animals like elephants, zebras, giraffes, wildebeest, warthogs, bushbucks, water bucks, kudu, duikers and many more others.

Detailed Itinerary

Day1. Pick up from Arusha and head to Serengeti NP

The driver guide of our great safari company will pick you up from the agreed point in Arusha, Tanzania and you will straight away head to Serengeti National Park. This is a famous-protected area in Africa and the world at large for hosting the annual wildebeest migration alongside thousands of zebras. The journey is amazing as you are passing through the Masai homesteads. Arrive and have a game drive depending on time and begin to enjoy the beautiful plains.

Day2-3. Explore Serengeti NP

These days will be spent in the plains of Serengeti National Park, a home to different wildlife. Take part in full-day game drives with picnic lunches, and take part in a hot air ballooning to have an aerial view of the surroundings. On these days, expect to meet animals like elephants, buffalos, duikers, bushbucks, water bucks, kudu, kobs, spotted hyenas, leopards, cheetahs and many more. You have an option of visiting the Masai community to learn more about their lifestyle. The game drives will take you to the best potting points for wild animals, including the crossing of the annual wildebeest migration.

Day4. 5 hours game drive in Ngorongoro conservation area and head back to Arusha

Wake up in the morning and have breakfast followed by a 5-hour game drive in the Ngorongoro Crater area. This will introduce you to different wild animals such as wildebeests, zebras, warthogs, giraffes, lions, elephants, leopards, cheetahs, and more. Later on, after a picnic lunch, head back to Arusha to be dropped at any agreed point to mark the end of the safari.
