7 days Murchison falls, Kibale and Queen Elizabeth National park is a one-week safari that will take you to 3 national parks. This is an interesting tour that gives you a chance of viewing through game drives and boat launches and seeing the chimpanzees in their natural habitats plus bird watching.

Day 1. Kampala to Murchison Falls National Park via Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for Rhino trekking.

You will be picked up from your hotel by a driver guide and depart heading to Murchison falls national park. You will make a stopover at the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary where Rhinos were reintroduced to the wild in Uganda which gives you a complete feel of the big five animals that are missing in other parks. After the trek, you will have lunch at the sanctuary and continue to Murchison falls. Upon arrival at the park, you will drive to the top of the falls where you will be amazed by the beautiful landscape while spotting warthogs and other wildlife and then drive to lodge for dinner.

Day 2.  Morning Game drive and boat launch on the Nile.

After breakfast, you will set off for a sun rise game drive in the Nyamsika plateau to see the cape buffaloes, Rothschild’s giraffes, Uganda Kobs, waterbucks, hartebeest, oribi, bohor reedbucks, shy sitatunga, spotted hyenas, lions, leopards and a list of primates like the olive baboon, monkeys among others. Some of the common bird species here include pelicans, bee-eaters, kingfishers, and hornbill. You will have lunch and relaxation at Red chill before you set off for an afternoon boat cruise on the Nile, upstream, to the base of the falls to see water loving animals like crocodiles, elephants, buffaloes, hippos plus aquatic birds like cormorants, geese, kingfishers. The boat stops ten meters from the ‘devil’s cauldron’ for pictures and then return to the lodge for dinner.

Day 3.Transfer to Kibale National Park.

 Have an early breakfast and then set off for 7 to 8 hour drive to Kibale National Park. On your way to kibale national park, you will have stunning views as you pass small villages, local markets and several tea plantations. This is a day’s trip with packed or have lunch in a town. You arrive at your lodge late in the evening ready for tracking tomorrow.

Day 4. Chimpanzee trekking and Bigodi nature walk.

 Have an early morning breakfast and go for briefing at the park headquarters and then start chimpanzee trekking and you will spend one hour with the chimpanzees. Kibale forest national park is one of the best safari destinations in Africa for chimpanzee trekking; it contains one of the most beautiful and most varying tracts of tropical forest in the whole of Uganda. This place has a number of forest wildlife, most especially 13 species of primate coupled with chimpanzees. After the trekking, you will head to the lodge for lunch and then visit Bigodi wetland where you will experience a lot of birdlife and unspoiled nature and then go back to the lodge for dinner.

Day 5. Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park.

Crater lakes exploration in the morning and transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Arrive at the lodge in time for lunch and relaxation as you get ready for an evening game drive that gives you chances of seeing animals along the circuits as we drive along including the big five members like Elephants, buffaloes, lions, leopards most especially in the evening and other animals like hyenas, warthogs, waterbucks, baboons among others. There is also a rich bird life mostly the storks in the wetland spots as we reach the flamingoes in the salt lakes. Drive back to the lodge for dinner.

Day 6. Morning Game drive and launch cruise at Kazinga channel.

 After breakfast, drive to Kasenyi plains for an early morning game drive where you may spot several animals like Uganda Kobs, buffaloes, bushbucks, warthogs, elephants, hyenas among others plus a variety of bird life like storks, eagles, hornbill, sunbirds and then return to the lodge for an early lunch and relax abit. Later afternoon, go for a launch cruise at the Kazinga channel where you will spot various water animals like hippos and crocodiles plus a variety of water loving birds like cormorants, herons, kingfishers, thicknees, and geese among others.  After the cruise, head back to the lodge for dinner. Day 7. Transfer to Entebbe for flight.

Wake up early morning and have breakfast, drive back to Entebbe with a stopover at the equator for photography and lunch and then continue to Kampala arriving late afternoon, proceed to Entebbe airport for your flight.
