The 4 days Uganda gorillas and Akagera National Park safari will offer a thrilling adventure in the Akagera National Park in the eastern part of Rwanda and Bwindi, an impenetrable national park in southwestern Uganda. You will engage in the boat cruise, game drive, and gorillas in this safari.

The encounter with the gorillas in the Bwindi impenetrable national park is one of the memorable experiences you will engage in during the safari at the Akagera National Park, you will encounter some of the big five animals.

Day 1: Pick up and transfer to the Akagera National Park.

Day 2: full-day adventure in the Akagera National Park.

Day 3: Transfer to the Bwindi impenetrable national park.

Day 4: Gorilla trekking and transfer back to Kigali.

Details of the safari.

Day 1: Pick up and transfer to the Akagera National Park.

As you arrive at the Kigali International Airport, you will start over with the transfer to the Akagera National Parkwhich is in the northeast of Rwanda. The transfer to the park will take about 2 to 3 hours of the day and upon arrival at the park, you will be transferred to the hotel for lunch.

After your lunch, you will go ahead with the transfer to LakeIhema for a boat cruise. While at the lake for a boat cruise, you will see some wildlife like crocodiles, hippos, elephants, and many others.

Later on, you will transferred to the lodge for dinner and overnight. Meal plan: Lunch,dinner.

Day 2: full-day adventure in the Akagera National Park.

While in the park, you will start over with the morning breakfast and then proceed to the park for the full-day adventure. You will engage in game viewing where you will encounter several wildlife like Lions, leopards, rhinos, warthogs, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, impalas, and many others.

Later on, you will have a lunch picnic in the park, and later on, you will continue with the activity.

Meal plan: Breakfast, lunch, dinner.

Day 3: Transfer to the Bwindi impenetrable national park.

On the second last day of the 4 days at Uganda Gorillas and Akagera National Park, you will start over with the transfer to the Bwindi impenetrable national park after your early morning breakfast.

The transfer will involve the cross border via the Katuna border and the transfer will take about 6 hours of the day. Upon arrival in the Bwindi impenetrable national, you will be transferred to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Meal plan: Breakfast, lunch, dinner.

Day 4: Gorilla trekking and transfer back to Kigali.

On the last day of the safari, you will start over with the morning breakfast and then go ahead with the transfer to the park headquarters for the briefing about the gorilla trekking. Later on, you will go ahead with the activity which will take about 2 to 7 hours of the day.

You will have one hour of viewing the gorillas maintaining a social distance of about 7 metres. Then later on, you will go ahead with the transfer back to Kigali which will take about 6 hours of the day.

On arrival in Kigali, you will either be transferred to the hotel of your choice or the airport for your outbound flights. Meal plan: Breakfast ,lunch.
