Welcome you to the 3 Day Chimpanzee flying safari that will take you to encounter the chimpanzee in the Kibale National Park. The use of flight during this 3-day safari will reduce the transfer time, and you will have more time to relax.
In this safari , the chimpanzee trekking will be the prime activity where you will walk on foot under the guidance of the ranger guide who will be tracking the chimpanzee that has slept the previous night. The other activity that you will engage in is the Bigodi community walk, where you visit the community and learn about their way of life.

Details of the Safari
Day 1 : Transfer By Air to Kibale National Park.
On day 1 of the 3-day chimpanzee flying safari, you will meet a company representative and transfer to Entebbe International Airport or Kajjansi airstrip. You will engage in a flight transfer to the Kasese airstrip.
Upon arrival at the Kasese airstrip , you will meet a company guide who will transfer you from the airstrip to the park. This transfer will take approximately 2 hours to reach the park, and during the journey, you will enjoy scenic views of the surrounding areas.
You will relax at the lodge as you prepare for the next day’s adventure.
Meal plan : Lunch , dinner
Day 2 : Chimpanzee Trekking and Community Visit.
You will rise and start the day with breakfast, and then later you will continue with a transfer to the park headquarters in Kanyachu for a briefing about chimpanzee trekking. While in the briefing about the activity , you will be highlighted the dos and don’ts that you need to follow to ensure success in the activity.
Later on, you will continue with the activity which will take 2 to 5 hours of the day upon where you meet the chimpanzee. As you come across the chimpanzee , you will have 1 hour viewing them in their natural habitat.
You will later proceed back to the lodge for relaxation as you prepare for an evening community visit in Bigodi. As you proceed with the community visit in Bigodi , you will engage in activities like Cultural dance , coffee roasting ,Basket weaving , and forest walk among others.

Day 3 : Transfer By Air to Entebbe.
On the final day of the 3 Day Chimpanzee flying safari , you will have a morning breakfast at the lodge and then proceed with a transfer back to the Kasese airstrip. Upon arrival at the airstrip , you will proceed with a chartered flight back to Entebbe.
While in Entebbe, you will either proceed with an international flight back home or be transferred to the hotel of your choice in Entebbe. This will mark the end of the memorable chimpanzee flying safari.
