DAY 1: TRANSFER TO LAKE MANYARA NATIONAL PARK

Have breakfast and after, you will transfer to Lake Manyara National Park which also lies 1 to 2 hours’ drive west side of Arusha along the new surfaced road which is close to the ethnically diverse market town of Mto wa Mbu. This lake is a scenic gem with the beautiful setting stretched by Ernest Hemingway and it’s the loveliest I had seen in Africa. Just from the entrance gate, the road passes through the expanse of lush jungle like water forest where the baboon troops lounge along the road side, there are also the blue monkeys, dainty bushbuck, forest hornbill honk and many more. You will do a game drive in the morning followed by a picnic lunch and in the afternoon, we shall continue with this game drive and reach at the booked hotel in the evening

DAY 2: TRANSFER NGORONGORO CRATER

Have breakfast and after depart to the famous Ngorongoro Conservation Area, on arrival, you will have an early lunch at the lodge. Later in the afternoon, we drive to Nainokanoka Masai village and then hike to the rim of the Olmoti crater. This same crater is so interesting for walking safaris off the beaten track and you can still experience the pure nature and peace places.

DAY 3: EXPLORE NGORONGORO CRATER SAFARI TANZANIA

Have breakfast and after descend down to the famous Ngorongoro crater for a game drive. This crater is a microcosm of East African game and scenery. The place has got scenic and stunning views which are the hallmark of this wonder in the world. The crater has got over 25000 larger animals including elephants, lions, leopards, zebras and many more.  This crater is also famous to be harboring Rhinos as well as lions that include the black manned males. There are also many colorful flamingos and variety of birds that live around the soda lake on the crater floor. It’s also home to more than 100 species of birds. You will have lunch at the hippo pool picnic site and later continue to the rim and proceed to the lodge.

DAY 4: TRANSFER TO SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

Have breakfast and after drive to Serengeti national park with your lunch boxes, we shall arrive at the Serengeti in the afternoon and have a game drive in Tanzania’s oldest and most famous national park. The park is famed for its annual migration of over 200,000 zebras and 300,000 gazelles join the wildebeest’s trek for fresh grazing. This national park also offers the most stunning game viewing in Africa.

DAY 5: CENTRAL SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

Have breakfast early in the morning and after depart for a game safari before sunrise. , you will have an excursion in the wilds of these endless plains for a full day in the park. You will have a picnic lunch and take time exploring the site heritage, where you will view the greatest concentration of wildlife savannah wanders freely. You will drive back to the lodge for dinner and overnight

DAY 6: EXPLORE WESTERN SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

After enjoying breakfast, travel to the northern part of Serengeti, here, there are large mammals including; the gaudy agama lizards and the rock hyraxes scuffle that surround the surfaces of the park. There is a full 100 varieties of dung beetles that have been recorded, 500 bird species, ostriches, bizarre secretary birds, black eagles and many more. You will have a picnic lunch and after enjoy a game drive to view more animals.

DAY 7. OLDUVAI GORGE AND KARATU VILLAGE

Have breakfast and after visit the Olduvai Gorge which is commonly referred to as “the cradle of Man Kind”. This is one of the most important sites in the world and has also been instrumental in the understanding of the early human evolution. We shall proceed to the Karatu where we will have dinner and overnight at the Bougainvilea safari Lodge.

DAY 8: VISIT LAKE EYASI

Have breakfast and after have a walk through the coffee plantation and then drive to lake Eyasi which is a salt lake that is located between the Eyasi escarpments in the northern ancient fault line which is part of the rift valley and the Kidero mountains that are located in the south at an altitude of about 1000m. This area is so hot and dry and is home to the Hadzabe Bushmen who are also believed to have lived here for over 10,000 years. We shall meet these people in the afternoon and learn about their way of life which centers on hunting and gathering traditions. We will have dinner and overnight at booked hotel

DAY 9: TRANSFER TO TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK

Have breakfast, we meet the Hadzabe people and accompany them when they do hunting. We shall travel to Tarangire National Park. During this hot and dry season, the Tarangire River flows to the shadow of its wet season. The river is also filled with wildlife, the thirsty animals have come to this place to cool off. There are many herds of 300 elephants that scratch the dry river bed for the underground streams as the migratory zebras, wildebeest, buffalo, impala, gazelle, and hartebeest as well as the eland that crowd the lagoons. This is the greatest concentration of the wildlife outside the ecosystem. Have a picnic lunch in the park and in the afternoon have a game drive and view many animal species.

DAY 10: TRANSFER TO TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK

We shall have a morning game drive in the Tarangire National Park You will view many animal species including the zebras, wildebeests, antelopes, warthogs, and many bird species. Have breakfast at the lodge and after depart for Arusha and have lunch en-route. Get a flight to Zanzibar, on your arrival, you will be taken to your booked hotel

 

12:JOZANI FOREST AND MANGROVE BAY ZAZDIBAR.

Join our 5-hour guided excursion that will take you through the wonders of Jozani Forest and Mangroves in the charming Muyuni village. Jozani forest is situated in the central east region of Zanzibar Island, about a 30 minute drive from Stone Town.
